JAS provided structural engineering services for three phases of the Windbag Marina and breakwater, located north of City Beach. Structures within the project included soldier pile and concrete prestressed panel retaining walls, fixed and floating docks, and an engineered earth breakwater.
Regulatory agencies that JAS frequently contacted and assisted our client with permitting for this project included the Idaho Department of Water Resources, the Idaho Department of Lands, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
