The JAS Department of Building Safety is operated from our Sandpoint, Idaho, location. JAS offers construction plan code review and building inspection services for new construction. We provide plan review services to ensure that building designs conform to building code requirements.
Our private building inspection services include foundation through project finalization with complete report documentation, including photographs, written reports, and a certificate of compliance. We provide building inspection services for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects.
JAS also provides inspections for Real Property conversions and foundation inspections for FHA and VA loans. Our Building inspectors are ICC Certified residential and commercial plans examiners and residential and commercial building inspectors.
JAS provides building inspection services for many of municipalities in the North Idaho and Northeastern Washington area. Our scope of services includes processing and issuing building permits, performing all necessary plan reviews and inspections, issuing of certificates of occupancy, and enforcement of the adopted building codes.
