Oldtown, ID
In 2018, JAS was selected to design the civil site improvements for a new Super 1 grocery store to be constructed in Oldtown, Idaho. Construction included turn lane improvements for the US Highway 2, construction of 750’ of Tank Road, a new City street, and on-site improvements, including parking, interior roadways, building subgrade preparation, water and sewer utilities, and stormwater facilities. The civil site improvements were completed in 2019 at the cost of $2M.
