The Spruce Street Reconstruction Project linked Calispel Avenue Phase II Reconstruction to Newport’s Downtown Revitalization Project. The Spruce Street project provided a reconstruction of 1,700-lineal feet of street, sidewalks, curb, and gutters, as well as water and sewer replacement between the Newport Community Hospital and Highway 2. JAS provided project management, design, construction administration, construction inspection, and material testing services for the project. The 2013 project was completed under budget and on time.
